The Restaurant is a very special space with its floor to ceiling windows through which the pine trees are always looking in at you. It’s light, airy and a relaxing place to come and spend some time to get away for a while.
Opening Times:- Monday to Fridays 8am to 4pm
At all other times we are open for private bookings only
Join us for a tasty breakfast, a home cooked lunch or just pop in for a chat over one of our specialty coffees.
And if you are looking for a great place for a woodland walk followed by a tasty lunch, we are perfect for that too. Whatever your need, whether its business or pleasure, a warm welcome awaits you.

Weddings
Forever Green is a unique venue for your special day with its fine views into the surrounding forest giving you the feeling that the venue and the forest are merged as one. At Forever Green, its not only the venue that makes your day special but the personal attention that we give to the pre planning and runninng of your wedding on the day.
With three rooms to choose from, we can cater for up to 90 guests for a wedding breakfast and 150 for an evening reception. We are also licensed for civil ceremonies up to 70 guests. If you are looking for a bigger reception that 150 we can cater for you in a marquee attached to the venue.

If you are looking for a special venue to put on an event – from a regular business meeting for a couple of colleagues or a training session to a full scale conference, exhibition or product launch, Forever Green is the place for you.

Forever Green is an award winning restaurant, wedding and conference venue set amongst a tree lined panorama of 70 acres of woodland on the edge of Mansfield. Its part of a family business that has a 100 year history.

Outside Catering
Forever Green Fresh Catering is here to keep you fed and watered whatever the occasion – from small business lunches to private parties we can bring you freshly prepared food to your door whenever you need it.
Our food is all freshly prepared in the kitchens of our restaurant on the edge of Nottingham in Ransom Wood. Where possible we source our food from local suppliers. We even go to the extent of picking apples from our own orchard, and vegetables and herbs from our own gardens so you can be sure that the food we deliver to you is as fresh as you can get it.. We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Mansfield free of charge. If you are further than this, then there will be a charge depending on how far it is.
Menus
We are flexible and so will look at any requests that you may have to make your occasion unique. We have a selection of set menus but can also create you bespoke menu’s if needed. Prices currently start from £7.50 per head. Please contact us for our menus.
