Weddings……time to set a date

Our 2023 season is now underway with lots of lovely couples busy planning their special day.  We are working closely with some fabulous local suppliers to make make each day both special and unique.

We still have some dates available for this year and 2024 is already getting busy.  Whether you want to plan a wonderfully lavish affair or something much more intimate here, at Forever Green we have the flexibility to work with you to create a package that suits you.

The whole team is looking forward to being able to help you plan a wonderful wedding day.

 

Planning your wedding day

Planning your wedding is one of the most exciting times.  Whether you want a traditional day with no expense spared or a simple gathering with close friends and family our experienced team will help you along the way.

If you’ve not yet set the date it would be advisable to check availability first although don’t panic we’ve planned weddings in as little as 12 weeks before so anything is possible!   Don’t forget we are able to host weddings during the week and on Sundays.  You will also need to check your chosen date with Mansfield Registry Office and depending on which package you chose, available times.  Tel: 0300 500 8080

Your wedding package

We have 3 main packages available at the moment, all are based on 50 day guests and 100 evening but can be adapted to suit your numbers.  If you are wanting something slightly different then please do speak to us, no two weddings are the same and it’s important that you put your own style on your special day.

Please note, we have a new wedding brochure which is currently being loaded on to the website.  This may take a couple of days to finalise but in the meantime we are happy to send you any information by email.

 

Our Venue

Forever Green is a unique wedding venue for your special day with its fine views into the surrounding forest giving you the feeling that the venue and the forest are merged as one.  At Forever Green, it’s not only the venue that makes your day special but the personal attention that we give to the pre-planning and running of your wedding on the day. With three rooms to choose from, we can cater for up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast and 130 for an evening reception. We are also licensed for Civil Ceremonies  and Renewal of Vows with up to 80 guests.  A marquee is also available on request for larger numbers.

We are also exploring how we can host ceremonies outdoors.  Although we have lost of space we need to ensure you and your guests are safe, the idea of being at one with nature is fabulous but no-one wants to be up to their knees in mud!

Celebrant Weddings

At Forever Green we also recognise that some couples want to break away from tradition and for these such occasions we work celebrants to create bespoke packages.   

Religious and Civil Ceremonies are bound by regulations controlling what can be said or done and where the ceremony can take place. The ceremonies often follow a prescribed script, allowing no religious or spiritual content or creativity.  With a Celebrant there are no rules or restrictions on the content of your ceremony, which is perfect for those that want a more personal ceremony.

Here at Forever Green you can have your Wedding Ceremony outside in our paddock or in the woods.

A great deal of maintenance work and landscaping has been carried out at Forever Green over the past 18 months to enhance our lovely venue and there’s still  more to come.  Regular updates are featured on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
