Role Overview
As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving drinks in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and support the wider front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service

Operate the till and handle payments accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times

Follow all health & safety and food hygiene regulations

Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing laws

Restock bar supplies and assist with stock checks

Support colleagues during busy periods and special events

Set up and close down the bar as required
Skills & Experience
-
Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Calm and efficient under pressure

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Knowledge of drinks, cocktails, or coffee is an advantage
