At Forever Green, we don’t believe in creating your package for you — we believe it’s your day, your way. Every wedding should feel personal, meaningful, and completely reflective of you as a couple. Rather than asking you to fit into a set package, we would be delighted to work with you to design a bespoke experience tailored entirely around your vision.
If you would like to share what elements will make your day special, our wedding planner is happy to create a package just for you. Our wedding dates are filling extremely quickly, so we would love to invite you for a private show round where you can experience the beauty of our venue and begin picturing your dream day with us.
From your initial enquiry through to your wedding day, your dedicated wedding planner will be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
Our wedding coordinator has an extensive portfolio of local suppliers and services and can offer as much or as little support as you require
Interest-Free Payment Plan
At Forever Green we understand how exciting it is to be planning your wedding but sometimes the thought of paying for it can be daunting so we have introduced an interest free payment plan to help you spread the cost.
A deposit of £500 will secure the date and then the cost of your wedding package will be split into equal monthly payments with the final balance being made 10 days prior to your wedding. A monthly standing order will be set-up once your deposit has been paid.

BESPOKE
THE CONTRACT
To secure your date a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required and enters you into a formal contract with Forever Green. Final payment isn’t due until 2 weeks before but you can set-up a direct debit or make payments along the way to help you budget.
We appreciate your guest numbers may change along the way so 2 weeks prior to your wedding we will check all details to be able to make any adjustment in the costs.
In the event of cancellation:
- more than 6months prior to the date will incur loss of deposit
- 6-3months prior will incur 50% of the cost quoted at the time of booking
- 12-4weeks prior will incur 75% of the cost quoted at the time of booking
- 4weeks prior to the date will incur 100% of the quoted cost
Obviously we hope you never have to cancel your plans but it’s always good to know the small print.
