All of our packages include 50 day and 100 evening guests with the option of adding more should you require.

We are also very aware that no two weddings are the same and we also offer the opportunity to build your own package.  So if you are wanting something totally different to what we already offer please book an appointment to come and talk with us so we can put a bespoke package together for you.

Our preferred suppliers are included in our brochure and will be happy to work with you to bring your ideas to life.  Our wedding planner will work with you to create a detailed programme for your special day. We can also help you to source services and additional touches to make your event truly unique.

Our in-house chef will talk through your catering requirements including any special dietary needs, child options and additional available menu options.  Menu taster session are available with price on request.

THE CONTRACT

To secure your date a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required and enters you into a formal contract with Forever Green.  Final payment isn’t due until 3 weeks before but you can set-up a direct debit or make payments along the way to help you budget.

We appreciate your guest numbers may change along the way so 3 weeks prior to your wedding we will check all details to be able to make any adjustment in the costs.

In the event of cancellation:

• more than 6months prior to the date will incur loss of deposit
• 6-3months prior will incur 50% of the cost quoted at the time of booking
• 12-4weeks prior will incur 75% of the cost quoted at the time of booking
• 4weeks prior to the date will incur 100% of the quoted cost

Obviously we hope you never have to cancel your plans but it’s always good to know the small print.
