Meetings at Forever Green
If you are looking for a special venue to put on an event, Forever Green is the place for you. From a regular business meeting for a couple of colleagues, or a training session, to a full scale conference, exhibition or a product launch – we can accommodate your needs.
We have a variety of spaces available for events from small private meetings and training sessions to large conferences.
Forever Green
Within the same venue as our restaurant we have two rooms available for hire:
The Glades – suitable for meetings and training session of up to 25 people and the Forest Suite – for up to 100 people
Ransom Hall – The Elements Rooms
We have a range of spaces at Ransom Hall, including five new conference suites that between them have a capacity of over 200. These rooms are all themed on the 5 elements of nature. Choose Elements Fire for a formal board meeting, Water and Earth for flexible spaces up to 30 delegates or for a large event up to 100 delegates the Elements Suite is ideal. Food & Drink
All our food is freshly cooked using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. This includes herbs from our own garden, apples from our orchard and free range eggs from a local farm.
All our menus can all be ordered to be served in the comfort of your conference room. Alternatively you can choose to eat in the restaurant where you can choose from our regular menus or from one of our daily specials.
Equipment Hire
We have a range of equipment which is included as part of the room hire for clients holding a meetings, these include:
- Projectors and screens – including our latest LCD Optoma projector
- Sound systems – including the latest in cinema sound
- LED lighting – including fadable and colour changing systems in The Elements Rooms
We also have all the usual tools you need including Flip charts, paper and pens.
