FG is proud to introduce Bret- Dean, Stan-Pria and friends! Our new team of electric car chargers are ready so you can plug in, drop in to enjoy your food, join a meeting or conference or even just grab a takeaway and go for a walk while your car charges.

Being at Ransom Wood these go one step further than most chargers and when the sun is shining they are powered directly by our on-site solar farm. An electric car is only as good for the environment as it’s source of power so if you plug in here when the sun is out your car really is running on sunshine. You will find them In the Forever Green car park at the back of The Willows.

Regular visitors to Forever Green will have seen our terrace area transformed over the past year.  With new seating and lighting which creates a beautiful space for evening events.  We are now preparing for the next phase of development which is is an outdoor pizza oven.  Designs are currently being drawn up so watch this page for updates.

This year marks the 75th Anniversary of the end of WWII.  Sadly the many celebrations planned across the country have had to be cancelled.

However, we are encouraging everyone to take part in ‘Nation’s Toast to the Heroes of WW2’ at 3pm on the 8th May, from the safety of their own home by standing up to raise a glass of refreshment of their choice.

Although the large organised celebrations are no longer going ahead why not make your own VE Day celebration at home?  Many towns and villages are asking residents to dress their homes with bunting and flags and hold a picnic themselves.  Download everything you need at bbc.co.uk/makeadifference
