We came across this wonderful restaurant today while looking for a wedding venue. The setting is just lovely, we ate outside as it was a beautiful day. I ordered the salmon small plate and my husband ordered the Mongolian beef small plate and we shared a bowl of chunky chips. The salmon was the best I've ever eaten by far, beautifully light and delicate and a perfect size for me. The beef was also delicious. Wonderful service with very friendly staff. The price was also a surprise, for both meals and a coffee it was just under £16! We will definitely be regulars now we have found it!

We held an afternoon memorial tea here following my mother's funeral in october and it made the day so memorable as the setting was so beautiful and tranquil, the food was excellent and the staff very helpful and attentive. Thankyou to everyone involved my Father and I are very grateful. Xx

Lovely tranquil location in the woodland. Nice friendly service. Coffee was nice and the large breakfast was well presented tasty and very satisfying. Will definitely visit again.

Came here as our bubble of 4 for my daughters 12th birthday. Restaurant followed Covid guidelines , 1 way in and 1 way out, hand sanitizer and social distancing. All staff had masks on too which was a first I've seen. Booking advised whilst following covid rules as space is limited. We had 2 steaks and 2 salmon which were delicious and portion size spot on. We had 2 dark chocolate cheesecakes and 1 creme brulee, which were fresh made. The cheesecake was real chocolate and like a ganache. Definitely the best food we have had in a long time and will be coming back.

Came here with my mum and 2 year old daughter for a coffee and a slice of cake, staff were very accommodating and patient with my daughter even when she started to whine! So thank you for making our visit that little bit less stressful! We'll be back again soon and will be sure to recommend you to all our friends!

Visited for an extended family member's 60th birthday party. I'd not heard of this venue before, having moved away from the area a few years ago. We were met with a lovely building in a very scenic woodland setting. With almost every view looking out into the trees, the kids were captivated by the squirrels and the birds that were clearly encouraged to be part of the experience. The food was very tasty too, with a choice of 3 mains provided in a buffet style with a selection of optional extras such as vegetables and garlic bread. There was something for everyone.
